Form of Partnership Firm

KJA Pranoto and Kustiwi, in the form of a legal entity of a Partnership Firm, was established on December 12, 2018 with Notary Rizul Sudarmadi, SH. Notary domiciled in East Jakarta.

Our Background

Each partner in this KJA has a long educational background and experience in the world of nancial accounting. Pranoto is an alumni of Airlangga University and a Master of Law from UPN Veteran, a holder of a Practicing Accountant License (CA) and Asean CPA, Starting his career at the Public Accounting Firm Arthur Andersen and co (Prasteyo, Utomo & co), continued by the Public Accounting Firm Deloitte (Hans Tuanakotta and Mustofa). Then joined the National Leasing Company, Kitchen and Glassware Company in West Africa, the largest Fishery and Frozen Food Industry Group in Southeast Asia. And the last fourteen years joined a local company group in Jakarta but is highly regarded in the world of Mining, Plantations and National Forestry, since the last 5 years as one of the Board of Directors in several business elds alternately. A total of 24 years involved in the world of accounting, nance, management and business models.

Kustiwi is an alumni of Airlangga University holding a Practicing Accountant License (CA), who started her career after professional education in the world of nancial accounting and management at a private hospital in Surabaya, for the past 24 years. Her last position was Director of Finance.

So both of them agreed to join one accounting and management services rm to develop their respective potentials and involve themselves more in the world of accounting, management and nance.

Term of Establishment

KJA Pranoto and Kustiwi were established based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 171/KM.1PPPK/2019 for an unlimited period of time in accordance with the agreement of each party for the continuous development of KJA.

Organizational Structure

Currently, KJA Pranoto and Kustiwi has a Managing Partner who oversees two associate partners, Risk and mitigation partners and an Internal Control Unit, each of which has its own duties and responsibilities.
